1. Introduction

Welcome to RadiantilyK Aesthetic. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Use. All treatments provided are elective, non-essential procedures performed at your request. By agreeing to receive services, you fully understand and accept the risks involved.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, receiving treatment, or otherwise engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

3. Elective Nature of Services & No Legal Claims

All treatments at RadiantilyK Aesthetic are purely elective and non-medically necessary. By agreeing to treatment, you irrevocably waive your right to sue, file a lawsuit, pursue arbitration, or participate in a class action against RadiantilyK Aesthetic, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates. You agree that no legal action may be taken against RadiantilyK Aesthetic for dissatisfaction with services, perceived damages, side effects, or outcomes. You release RadiantilyK Aesthetic from all claims, demands, losses, and liabilities connected to any treatment, including but not limited to negligence, personal injury, or emotional distress.

4. Terms of Sale & Payment

All sales are final. Once a service is performed, there are no refunds under any circumstances. If an adjustment or correction is necessary, clients must contact RadiantilyK Aesthetic within 14 days to schedule a mandatory follow-up. Failure to book a follow-up appointment within 14 days waives your right to any corrections, modifications, refunds, or legal claims. Payments are accepted via cash, credit card, debit card, or POS contactless transactions. A $50 deposit is required for the mandatory Good Faith Exam, which will be applied to the total cost of your service.

5. Mandatory Follow-Up Policy

A follow-up appointment within 14 days of treatment is mandatory to assess results and determine if any adjustments are needed. If you fail to book a follow-up within 14 days, you waive all rights to request corrections, modifications, adjustments, refunds, or pursue any legal claims related to your treatment. Follow-ups are essential to ensure treatment effectiveness and client satisfaction.

6. No Arbitration, No Class Action, No Lawsuits

By accepting services, you explicitly waive your right to: – File a lawsuit – Seek arbitration – Join a class action This waiver is legally binding and enforceable in California courts.

7. Binding Agreement

By clicking ‘Agree’ or using our services, you confirm that you: – Have read and understood these Terms of Use. – Voluntarily waive your right to sue, arbitrate, or seek legal action. – Accept all risks associated with elective treatments. – Understand that failure to book a follow-up within 14 days waives all rights to corrections, refunds, and legal claims. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with booking or receiving treatment.
